I am Natascha Russchen and with NRdoet, I help organizations and schools make workplace safety more straightforward and practical. My mission? To create a safe working environment where people feel heard, valued, and safe.
With more than 26 years of experience in project management, lean methodologies, contract management and team management in sectors such as logistics, transport, cleaning and production, I have developed an insight into what really works. I translate complex health and safety legislation into understandable language and practical solutions that are immediately applicable.
My focus is on giving training, advice and tools that help organizations to work safely. I do this with a pragmatic approach, short lines, clear communication and concrete results. Together with your team, I work on realistic and effective improvements that not only comply with legislation, but also contributes to the well-being of your employees.
I believe in a personal approach. Every company is unique, which is why I adjust my support to what your organization needs. Whether it concerns setting up safety processes, providing training, or offering guidance on difficult issues. I am there to make it simpler and workable.
I combine my analytical view with a pragmatic approach and a personal touch. No complicated processes or long processes, but simple and realistic solutions that can be applied immediately. My goal is to make safety understandable, workable and achievable for everyone within your organization.
I live in beautiful Haren with my husband. Luckily this is close to Groningen where my wonderful daughter recently moved. We enjoy our time together, our family and friends, our house and nature... in short, our lives!
